Weirdness.

So I had my hospital appointment today. I wasn't looking forward to it, I figured I'd get there and they'd tell me I needed to lose weight and come back when I had. Okay, maybe not that harsh, but you get the picture. I was pleasantly surprised, the consultant was really nice, went through a few things, and I have to go for a HSG, where they'll inject dye and Xray me just to check all my tubes are clear, then go back in 3 months.

In other news, I almost had a tooth taken out, but I didnt (long story) and I'm working crazy long hours! I keep meaning to add photos, I just forget!!!

Late Night Conversations

I love late night conversations, y'know, the ones with people you barely speak to day-to-day, yet late night, online just surfing around, and you start talking about the most bizarre topics, or even stuff from long ago, that you never think about normally, but it seems perfectly ok to talk about at 1am!! I've just been talking to a good friend, who I've not spoken to in a long time, and its been really good to talk about stuff that really we should have sorted it long ago - now maybe it won't be quite as awkward when we bump into each other in Tesco...

I'm going to Weymouth tomorrow, to pick up a camera bag (I already have one, but it'll be nice to have a smaller one without all the extra kit...) and then hopefully get some cute photos of me and Bo by the beach... I may practice my portrait shots! Photos coming soon!

Resolutions....

So, new year, new resolutions! This year, I'm going to do my best to craft more, read more, have more me-time, lose some weight... Who am I kidding??? This is pointless, I never keep resolutions!!! I do want to start eating healthier though, and join a gym - my hospital appointment is a months time, and I'm dreading it! I know what they'll say, but it still makes me nervous!

The only thing I really want to do this year, which is kinda related to the healthy eating thing, is starting a family. Blimey, that sounds really weird! Not weird as such, but I'm not used to saying it out loud, mostly because its not really something you just randomly mention in conversations y'know? A few people know, but I really don't want to make a huge thing of it, and I don't want lots of "Are you pregnant yet?" That'll just drive me nuts! Bo seems a lot more OK with it than what he was, we talk about it a lot more, whereas before, he was like "Yea, ok..." to anything I'd say! I'm part scared but part excited, and I'm not even pregnant yet!!! I worry about whether it's the right decision, and whether we'll be good parents, but mostly I worry about it actually even happening! Its crazy, its not like its taking over my whole mind, but when I get 5 minutes to myself, its all I can think about! I just wish I knew somebody that knows exactly what I'm talking about!!!

Anywho, I'm gonna leave it for today, I promise to blog more - I'm just so rubbish!

Blimey!

I can't believe it has been this long since I last posted anything!!! I am so rubbish! Well, not much has happened to be honest, I have got my lovely new camera (I'm still really excited! Its my new toy!!!) and I treated myself to a little zoom lens, so when I get a chance, I will post some of my photos!

I'm now back working full-time - more cash for stash and other goodies... And some xmas presents I guess, I'm so disorganized, I have no idea what to get people, more specifically, Bo! He's one of the hardest people to buy for - he doesn't ever want anything because he buys it all for himself! Nightmare!!!

Ok, I'll post some photos next time, and I promise I won't leave it so long!!!

Yay! My new camera finally arrived - after I've been waiting for so long! I was deliberating whether or not to pay the extra and get them separately, and sooner, but I'm glad I didn't now!

Bo's now off work for a week, so we're planning on going out on several day trips - Stourhead, a beach (not sure where though!) and maybe Paignton Zoo...

Hopefully, I'll be able to post a few photos next time!

3am

So. Its 3am and for some reason I've decided to start a blog. Actually, its because I'm stuck awake thanks to earache, and as I have no inspiration at the moment, I figured that this would be a good thing to do. Although, I am contemplating going back to bed and using Bo as a hot water bottle as my feet are frozen!!! Time to dig out my electric heater, I think!

I'm really hoping my new camera will arrive this week, I sold a shedload (Ok, slight exaggeration there, but it felt like it!) of stuff on wonderful eBay - couple Wii games, Harry Potter Lego, my Cricut Expression and cartridges... And loads more! I did wonder if I was getting addicted to it, but now everything has gone, and I've paid for my camera, I think I'm gonna go back to cluttering up the house!!!

So, I bought a Canon 450D with a 17-85mm IS USM lens - I really cannot wait - I just have to wait until it turns up now, then I can go out and play! Fingers (and everything else) crossed that it turns up this week, or else I'm not going to be impressed! I need it!

Ok, thats me done for now, my feet slowly are becoming blocks of ice, and I have a human radiator in bed, it'd be rude not to take advantage, right?
